Hidden in a breathtaking valley below the beautiful old village of Saragano lies our vineyard and winery, Cantine Il Torrione, where we craft a unique Sagrantino wine alongside a wonderfully playful Montefalco Rosso, a beautiful Rosato and a fresh Trebbiano Spoletino.

Supported by the expertise and guidance of Francesco Beligni (our oenologist) and Stefano Dini (agronomist), we are transforming this more than 30-year-old winery into a sustainable organic estate in Umbria.

In addition to quality wines, we also produce excellent olive oil on our estate, with more than 14 hectares dedicated to organic barley cultivation.
